Here, we outline everything you need to know about shipping at Mercados Solar, from standard 3-5 day delivery to freight for larger panels and even coverage throughout the Caribbean. We'll break down eligibility, fees, and exceptions to ensure a seamless and transparent shipping experience. So, let's navigate the shipping process together!

Shipping 3 to 5 days:

• Available for most items, but exceptions exist due to size, weight, hazardous materials, and delivery address.
• Expedited orders cannot be shipped to PO Boxes.

Freight shipping:

• Applies to panels greater than 200 Watts, which:
• Have a minimum order quantity requirement.
• Does not qualify for free shipping.
• Incurs a return charge of $800 ($400 each way).

• Refurbished panels beyond the 30-day warranty cannot be returned. Returns within 30 days require shipping covered by the customer.
• Additional freight charges apply for:

• Remote areas: $85-$380.
• Limited access areas: $88+ (schools, churches).
• Address changes/reprogramming: $55/day storage, $100-$600 per redirect.

Delivery nationwide and throughout the Caribbean:

• We ship anywhere in the US, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Guam.
• Small packages use USPS.
• Larger packages use UPS 2nd Day.
• Panels exceeding 320W and surcharges may apply.
